We are heartbroken to share that Hurricane Helene and Milton severely damaged our island retreat space. The dock is destroyed, access is difficult, and the beach is unrecognizable. Despite the devastation, we are grateful our house is still standing.
While rebuilding will take years, we haven't lost hope for the future of our wellness retreats. We are actively seeking a new location where we can continue offering our programs.
In the meantime:
You can still access yoga and massage services through our partners at Oak Wellness.

No. Healthy does not have to mean unsavory. We incorporate healthier alternatives for foods you enjoy at home or in a restaurant and hope to bring a new perspective to what healthy can look and taste like. We enjoy chocolate and wine just as much as you and do not believe in a restrictive eating approach!
Yes, we will not provide alcohol but feel free to bring your own.
No, these retreats are designed to feed the mind, body, and soul with a holistic approach. There is a church service held at the island chapel as part of the itinerary, but you do not need to attend if you are not comfortable with that.
Yes, we believe that simply spending time in nature is a spiritual experience. Each activity we offer feeds the mind, body, and soul. Although the owner is a Christian and gives credit to Jesus for all the awesome things that happen at these retreats, she does not believe that you must agree with that to still reap the benefits of the retreat. There is a spiritual component, but it is not church camp.
No, we are not licensed therapists, and these retreats are designed to leave you feeling rested and relaxed. The meditation and journaling sessions are techniques for tranquility not deep psychotherapy.
Absolutely! We believe that fun is essential to the mind, body, and soul and encourage you to try something new while at the retreat. There will be plenty of options for fun!
No. When you arrive, you will be given an itinerary of all the offerings, but you are welcome to choose what you show up for. We encourage you to give them a try even if you feel silly but by no means is it a requirement. This is your retreat so do what will leave you feeling the most refreshed.
Can I get a discount if I don’t want a massage or another modality that is built into the itinerary?
No, there is a lot of cost involved in getting everything set up on the island and we pay for our professionals in advance. The price is all inclusive.
No, there is no room for additional boats at the private dock. Everyone must ride the ferry to the retreat.
Glamping, short for glamorous camping, is a unique way to experience the outdoors with all the comforts of home. Imagine waking up to stunning bay views on a spacious wooden deck, enjoying the fresh air while surrounded by nature, but nestled comfortably in a screened-in space with luxurious beds and plush linens. That's the essence of glamping!
