Wine is welcome, perfection is not. This is not an art class. It's a nervous-system-friendly hour. This paint and giggle workshop is all about creativity. connection, and not taking yourself too seriously. All supplies are provided.

Grab a pen and take a breath. This journaling workshop uses easy. thoughtful prompts to help you reflect, reset, and reconnect with yourself. Come as you are-no rules, no pressure, just space to write and be.

Anti-Perfect Journaling

Through simple education, reflection, and practical tools, participants will leave with a deeper understanding of how to care for their hearts-both the one that beats and the one that feels.
